Hubungan antara Kepimpinan Transformasi Guru Besar mengikut Persektif Guru dengan Komitmen Guru terhadap Sekolah

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara kepimpinan transformasi guru besar mengikut perspektif guru dengan komitmen guru terhadap sekolah. Kajian ini dijalankan melibatkan 477 orang guru dari 14 buah Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan bandar dan luar bandar di Sabah yang terdiri daripada enam zon. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa kepimpinan transformasi guru besar di Sabah berada pada tahap tinggi. Manakala komitmen guru terhadap sekolah secara keseluruhan berada pada tahap sederhana. Melalui ujian korelasi pearson didapati bahawa secara keseluruhan, kepimpimpinan transformasi guru besar berhubungan secara sederhana terhadap komitmen guru di sekolah. Tingginya kepimpinan transformasi guru besar belum selari dengan komitmen guru terhadap sekolah.
